1、 Overview of Paperless Recorder

The LU-R3000 color LCD display controls the paperless recorder, which can input one to sixteen channels and has output functions such as positional control, alarm, and power supply. The sixteen channel instrument input is a fully switchable universal input, which can input signals such as thermocouple, thermistor, standard current, standard voltage, frequency, etc. Can be directly connected to a micro printer to print real-time, historical data, and curves specified by the user at a specific time; By connecting to portable computers and PDAs through RS232 communication interfaces, historical data of the instrument can be directly read and transmitted to the computer. Through data management software, the collected data can be analyzed, archived, and printed for processing. Through the RS485 communication interface, a real-time monitoring system can be formed with professional configuration software such as Kingview and MCGS. And it adopts modern USB interface technology to directly store data on a USB flash drive, with longer recording time.

The paperless recording instrument has powerful display functions, including high-precision bar chart display, real-time trend curve display, historical curve recall, over limit alarm, alarm status display, and intelligent automatic playback of historical trends. It is extremely convenient to search for alarm points and provides positioning playback function to directly query data of year, month, hour, minute, and second, which is convenient and fast.
